Steelground wants to transmit its clients the maximum confidence, ensuring strict compliance with the regulations of consumers and users
Therefore, it presents here the General Contracting Conditions that will regulate commercial transactions between Steelground and its users.
Purpose and Scope
The user declares to know, at the moment of the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, weight, quantity, details of the product, etc.) and expressly accepts them without reservation. The execution of the order and its confirmation by the user makes it a customer and implies the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the web and Conditions of use.
Product Sheet and Information Supplied
The information displayed on the web is accurate and without typographical errors. In the event that at any moment an error of this type occurs, at any time outside the will of Steelground, it will proceed immediately to its correction.
The pictures that illustrate the products are provided for guidance only. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information contained in the packaging and the technical characteristics. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal, being able to be the cause of the graphical resolution of the screen from where to accede to the web, and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products.
Use of images and Graphic Material
It is prohibited the use of images and graphic material for any purpose (not only commercial or advertising) without the authorization of Steelground Company.
Languages for the Acquisition of Products
Purchases made by customers will be understood as being linked to the language of this website, and there is no possibility of celebrating the purchase of products in a language other than English.
Prices
All prices are indicated by default in euros. The price indicated for both products and transport costs already includes taxes and any other type of tax regulations that affects the transaction. Taxes will be also presented at the end of checkout process. Customs tariffs of countries outside the European Economic Union are not included. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by Steelground.
Order Confirmation
The customer makes the order by clicking on the tab "add to cart." The order is added to a total that collects all items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button illustrated by a shopping cart in the menu bar.
All products are Pre Order: indicates that the product must be manufactured because we do not have availability in our warehouses.
Steelground reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for reasons such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding the delivery. Regardless of the foregoing, Steelground will inform the customer of such circumstances in the shortest time possible, offering an alternative solution whenever possible.
Shipping Terms and Delivery Times
The client will choose the place of reception of the merchandise at the time of placing the order.
Product Production Estimated Time: 4 to 6 Weeks | Shipping between 2 to 7 days, depending on destination
Delivery time will vary depending on the address to which the shipment will be made.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 Business Days | Total Delivery Time: Production Time + Transit Time
Steelground will not be responsible for any delays caused by causes beyond its control or, for example, by way of example, force majeure, sinister, transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to suffer an incident.
If several products have been requested at the same time, Steelground may deliver on different dates the different items that make up the shopping cart, depending on the manufacturing time of each one.
Shipping Costs
Regarding the shipping costs, depending on the modality chosen and the place of delivery will be shown at checkout individually and clearly differentiated from the price of the product.
Reception of the Products
Upon receiving the products, the customer agrees to sign the receipt form presented by the person making the delivery, which may include all the observations it deems necessary.
By signing the receipt form, the client acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein. If the customer observes damaged products or lack of products, he must make a claim by e-mail to customerservice@steelground.pt within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Steelground will inform the client through any appropriate means and the same day that the event takes place so that he can cancel his orders freely by replying by mail or e-mail once the event has been notified.
Payment Conditions
To formalize the purchase, the user can use any of the payment methods that are offered in each case when placing the order.
Requested Information
All the data provided during the commercial transaction will be part of the Steelground files in order to manage the purchase process and send you commercial information about our services.

In any case, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, attaching a photocopy of your ID at the email address customerservice@steelground.pt
Warranty
The client will benefit from the legal guarantee only in case of comproved defect in the product.
All our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damages occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our maintenance instructions.
The buyer should consult the instructions and the appropriate recommendations found in the mode of employment provided with each product.
Reimbursement of Paid Amounts
The refund, in appropriate cases, will be made through the means of payment used for the purchase.
The price to return is the one originally included in the order. Once the status of the returned product has been verified, Steelground will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of withdrawal or termination of the contract.
Changes and Returns
All of our products are CUSTOM MADE articles and by their very nature as a product manufactured expressly for the customer, can not be accepted for return, and are subject to the decision of Steelground to carry out this procedure.
Applicable Legislation
When placing the order, the client admits the purchase to be made under Portuguese legislation, so these General Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and therefore for any interpretive or litigious issues that may arise, Portuguese legislation will apply.
When the buyer is a consumer in accordance with Portuguese law and has its domicile outside of Portugal, both parties, waiving their own jurisdiction, if another corresponds, agree to submit any dispute regarding the purchase of Steelground products to Arbitration of Consumption of the OCU (Organization of Consumers and Users).When the buying party is not a consumer, regardless of where it has its domicile, both parties, waiving their own jurisdiction, if another corresponds to them, agree to submit any dispute regarding the purchase of Steelground products, to the Courts and Tribunals that correspond to the address of the seller.
